Arrive by 9am to secure your place.

Places depend on staff availability.
Classes are free for Latin American women beginners.
Timetable: Every Wednesday and Thursday from 10:45am - 12:45am
LAWRS also provides useful workshops, tranining sessions and talks for our members.

The ANAHI Counselling and Psychotherapy service offers a secure and confidential space where our users have the opportunity to reflect on their personal experience and circumstances.
Experienced Counsellors and Psychotherapists offer support to Latin American Women to explore, understand and know better their emotions in order to help them to reconnect with their inner strengths and look forward to a better life for themselves and their families.
Our service conforms to the Bristish Association for Counselling and Psycotherapy (BACP) norms of conduct. All of our users will have an initial evaluation to establish their needs and decide, together, the
way we can help them. They will then be referred to one of our therapists.
We offer individual psycotherapy in Spanish and Portuguese for Latin American women who live in London. As part of our activities we also offer workshops and group therapy throughout the year.

Domestic violence Loss and pain Stress management Self esteem Dependency Cultural conflicts Sexual abuse during childhood Depresion Anxiety Trauma

We will perform an evaluation interview before referral to one of our therapists.
LAWRS’ mission is to provide tools for growth to empower Latin American women in the UK to pursue personal and social change.
We focus on meeting the needs, both immediate and long term, of women affected by poverty and abuse.
We offer advice, advocacy, information and counselling services in a personalised, confidential and impartial manner. All our services are free and in Spanish and Portuguese.
