Day trip to Camber Sands beach
A group of 53 women and their children including LAWRS' director, members of the staff, volunteers and some users and members travelled for a day trip to a near by beach in the area of Rye to enjoy a day out together and take advantage of a beautiful sandy beach.
LAWRS organises this type of activities, from time to time, to strenghten internal bonds at the organisation as well as bringing together our users and staff members in a different environment so they can exchange experiences and reinforce their relationships.

Documents required: Proof of identity (passport, driving license) and evidence of being under benefits

Our Services
LAWRS’ mission is to provide tools for growth to empower Latin American women in the UK to pursue personal and social change.
We focus on meeting the needs, both immediate and long term, of women affected by poverty and abuse.
We offer advice, advocacy, information and counselling services in a personalised, confidential and impartial manner. All our services are free and in Spanish and Portuguese.

Monday's DROP IN
Our clients can get advice without appointment every MONDAY from 10 am to 1pm.
English Classes
Classes are free for Latin American women beginners.
Timetable: Every Wednesday and Thursday from 10:30am - 12:30am and 1:30pm-3:30pm
Upcoming Training Sessions
LAWRS also provides useful workshops, tranining sessions and talks for our users and members as a way of supporting our advice and guidance services and they are all FREE
