A variety of activities can help you to adapt to British culture, society and the labour market.
This project can teach you about:
- The services available to you locally, your rights to access them and how they work
- UK culture, systems and society
- Employment and careers in the UK
- To improve your English, skills, and work opportunities
- Citizenship and participation in UK life

Our users can obtain advice without prior appointment every MONDAY morning.
Arrive by 9am to secure your place.
Only 15 places are available.
Places depend on staff availability.
English Classes
Classes are free for Latin American women beginners.
Timetable: Every Wednesday and Thursday from 10:45am - 12:45am

We focus on meeting the needs, both immediate and long term, of women affected by poverty and abuse.
We offer advice, advocacy, information and counselling services in a personalised, confidential and impartial manner. All our services are free and in Spanish and Portuguese.
